腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床应用体会

     【摘要】 目的 观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术方法和临床效果。方法 对120例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床效果进行回顾性分析。结果 120例患者中转开腹4例,其余均顺利切除胆囊,无死亡病例。结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、手术时间短等优点,值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects and Surgical techniques of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods The clinical data of 120 cases underwent LC were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 120 cases,4 cases of conversion and the rest were smooth removal of the gallbladder.There was no death and serious complication.Conclusion LC with the advantages of less trauma,less bleeding,rapid postoperative recovery,short operation time and so on,it is worthy of clinical application.
