肿瘤标记物在腹水的鉴别中的意义(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨了肿瘤标记物CA₁₂₅,CA153,CA199对结核性腹水和肿瘤腹水患者的诊断意义。方法 采用免疫放射分析法检测所有患者血清CA199、CA₁₂₅、CA153含量,同时检测了结核性腹水等患者抗结核治疗1周后CA199、CA₁₂₅、CA153水平。结果 联合使用肿瘤标记物对肿瘤检出率高于单一肿瘤标记物的使用,结核性腹水患者抗结核治疗后,CA₁₂₅有明显降低。结论 联合使用肿瘤标记物有助于结核性腹水和恶性腹水的鉴别,帮助提高肿瘤检出率,而动态观察CA₁₂₅的变化可能对结核性腹水和恶性腹水的鉴别有重要意义。
