来氟米特联合糖皮质激素治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 研究来氟米特联合糖皮质激素治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效、安全性和副反应。方法 48例难治性肾病综合征患者,应用来氟米特联合糖皮质激素治疗6个月,用药期间观察尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、肾功能、胆固醇以及不良反应,6个月后行疗效和安全性的评价。结果 来氟米特联合糖皮质激素(治疗组)治疗难治性肾病综合征尿蛋白缓解率为75%,高于环磷酰胺冲击(对照组)治疗的缓解率62.5%。结论 来氟米特联合糖皮质激素治疗对难治性肾病综合征效果好且副作用轻,耐受性好。
