【摘要】 以水杨酸和乙酸酐为反应原料,采用固体超强酸SO2-.4/ZrO.2为催化剂合成了乙酰水杨酸,考察了超强酸的焙烧温度,反应温度,反应时间,原料摩尔比,以及催化剂用量对反应的影响。结果表明,当焙烧温度为650℃,反应温度80℃,反应时间30 min,水杨酸与乙酸酐摩尔比为1:2.0,催化剂用量为0.8 g时,乙酰水杨酸收率可达82.4%。重复使用6次仍具有良好催化活性。
