【摘要】 目的分析单病种剖宫产的医疗费用,为医疗费用体制的改革提供参考依据。方法 利用本院2005~2008年单病种住院医疗费用的统计报表,分析住院患者的医疗费用增长情况。结论 4年间剖宫产医疗费用呈上升趋势,药品费用增长是最主要原因。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the medical expense of single disease of cesarean.To provide the reference for the system reform of medical expense.Methods Making the use of statistical report of hospital expense of 2005~2008, analysing the growth of medical expense of inpatient.Conclusion The expense were growing during the four years,and the main cause is the growth of drug costs.

本院近年剖宫产分娩人数呈逐年上升趋势,为了了解剖宫产分娩医疗费用增长情况,本文通过2005~2008年4年间本院剖宫产分娩医疗费用的统计,全面了解医疗费用增长情况,旨在向有关部门提供信息,药品费用的增长是住院患者医疗费用增长的最主要原因,应加强药品方面管理力度,抑制医疗费用的上涨 ......
