淮南市育龄妇女乙肝疫苗接种率及乙肝免疫现状调查(1)

【摘要】 目的 了解淮南市城乡育龄妇女乙肝疫苗接种及乙肝防治认知程度,调查乙肝病毒的免疫现状,为育龄妇女预防乙肝提供参考。方法 进行乙肝疫苗接种情况和乙肝防治认知水平的问卷调查,检测被调查对象血清中乙肝标志物,统计乙肝感染状况及免疫水平。结果 育龄妇女乙肝疫苗平均接种率为38.49%。乙肝防治认知水平越高,乙肝疫苗接种比率越高。HBsAg 阳性率平均6.29%,接种过乙肝疫苗的HBsAg阳性低于未注射过乙肝疫苗(2.51%vs8.66%),差异有显著性P<0.05。HBsAb阳性率平均为46.73%。乙肝疫苗接种率与HBsAb阳性率呈正相关。接种过乙肝疫苗的HBsAb阳性高于未注射过乙肝疫苗(77.67%%vs27.36%),差异有显著性P<0.05,有22.32%曾接种过乙肝疫苗者HBsAb阴性。结论 我市育龄妇女乙肝的免疫保护率不高,易感者多,乙肝防疫工作还远未达到预期的目的。扩大实施乙肝疫苗免疫计划,制定更为全面的HBV疫苗预防策略势在必行。
