【摘要】 目的观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。 方法 将136例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各68例,两组患者均给予常规基础治疗:低脂饮食、注意休息,口服硝酸异山梨脂、肠溶阿斯匹林和酒石酸美托洛尔,静脉滴注低分子右旋糖酐加复方丹参注射液。观察组在此基础上加服通心络胶囊4粒/次,3次/d。对照组则给予肌苷0.2 g,3次/d口服。两组均以4周为1个疗程。观察两组用药前后患者症状、心电图的改变,检测血液流变学和血脂指标的变化。 结果 观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心电图改善明显优于对照组(P<0.001);观察组血液流变学指标和血脂指标均比对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,明显改善心电图、血液流变学和血脂指标,具有广阔的应用前景。
