放疗固定装置对表浅剂量的影响

【摘要】 目的 研究放射治疗体位固定材料对表浅组织的剂量影响。方法 分别测量在有机玻璃模体上加与不加固定材料时各自的剂量,然后计算出各种固定材料对表面剂量的影响。结果 非碳素纤维与碳素纤维固定架分别使表面的剂量增加36.61%和25.68%;真空垫越厚,表面剂量增加越明显;面罩的网孔越大,对剂量的影响越小。结论 放射治疗中使用的固定材料均可使表面剂量明显增加,增加的幅度随固定材料的不同有很大的差异。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate influence of immobility equipments on the dose near surface. Methods The ionization chamber in a homogeneous polystyrene phantom was used to measure the central point dose respectively, with and without different immobility equipments on the phantom, then determinate the influence of different immobility equipments on the dose near surface.
