【摘要】 目的 建立大桑菊饮合剂的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法对方中桑叶、薄荷、连翘和浙贝母药材进行了色谱鉴别;采用高效液相法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量。结果 薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,黄芩苷的含量测定平均回收率为97.71%,RSD(n=6)为0.69%,在104-1040ng范围内呈线性关系相关系数。结论 研究的方法可有效地控制大桑菊饮合剂的质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality specification of Dasangjuyinheji mixture. Methods The TLC technology was used to identify Folium mori, Herba menthae, Fructus forsythiae and Bulbus fritillariae thunbergii.
