【摘要】 目的 总结腹腔镜前列腺癌(Pca)根治术围手术期的护理。方法 于2003年6月至2008年6月共对25例Pca患者进行腹腔镜根治术,并在手术结束后在医院进行了术后恢复。对围手术期进行综合护理工作,总结护理经验。结果 25例Pca患者腹腔镜手术均顺利完成,无一例中转开放式手术;术后10～14 d出院;术后2 d患者开始排气,3 d开始进行活动;其中4例患者呈切缘阳性,8例出现了尿漏。结论 腹腔镜Pca根治术对患者的创伤性小,患者恢复好,配合科学的围手术期护理,可以使患者迅速康复。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate laparoscopic prostate cancer (Pca) radical perioperative care. Methods From June 2003 to June 2008 a total of 25 cases of Pca patients with laparoscopic radical surgery, and surgery carried out in a hospital after the postoperative recovery. In a comprehensive perioperative nursing work and sum up nursing experience. Results 25 cases of laparoscopic surgery in patients with Pca were successfully completed, no one cases of transfer of open surgery.10~14 d after discharge.2 days patients started after the exhaust, 3 days begin activities. Of which 4 patients showed positive surgical margin. 8 cases of urinary leakage. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection of Pca patients with traumatic small, patients to return to good, with the science and perioperative care, patients can make a speedy recovery. ......
