腰椎后路椎弓根螺钉固定结合椎间融合器治疗腰椎滑脱的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨腰椎后路椎弓根螺钉内固定结合椎间融合器对腰椎滑脱症的治疗效果,以其为指导临床工作提供帮助。方法 收集80例患者,随机分为两组,观察组(40例)应用腰椎后路椎弓根螺钉内固定结合椎间融合器治疗,对照组(40例)应用RSS钉棒系统加横突间植骨融合治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果 术后随访,观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 腰椎后路椎弓根螺钉内固定结合椎间融合器治疗腰椎滑脱,疗效好,临床可以应用。

The clinical study of lumber spondylolisthesis by pedicle screw and interbody fusion cage

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the efficacy of lumber spondylolisthesis by pedicle screw and interbody fusion cage, for accumulating clinical experience and directing clinical work. Methods 80 cases with lumber spondylolisthesis were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases). The control group was treated by nail-stick system and intertransverse process autograft fusion. The observation group was treated by pedicle screw and interbody fusion cage. The efficacy were observed in the two groups.Results The efficacy was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion The satisfied efficacy is found in observation group. The treatment of pdeicle screw and interbody fusion cage is worthy be recommended in patients with lumber spondylolisthesis ......
