无柄人工髋关节临床应用初步报告(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨无柄人工髋关节置换术的临床效果。方法 对20例患者施行无柄人工髋关节置换,对疗效进行评价分析。结果 20例患者疗效满意随访5～24个月,平均12.6个月,平均Harris评分92.1分,优16例17髋,良3例3髋,可1例2髋,优良率90.9%。结论 无柄人工髋关节置换术创伤小,出血少,并发症少,易于翻修,疗效满意可靠,较适合高龄患者及年轻患者。其远期疗效有待进一步观察。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of stemless hip replacement.Methods The stemless hip replacement was performed in 20 cases and the effect evaluated. Results Follow-up for average 12.6 months(5~24 months) showed satisfactory outcomes in all cases after the stemless hip replacement. Based on harris scale(averaging 92.1),the excellent result was seen in 16 cases, good in 3 cases and common in 1 case,with total excellence rate of 90 ......
