【摘要】 目的 研究姜黄素对体外培养人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞增殖的抑制作用,探索防治青光眼手术区滤过泡纤维瘢痕化的新途径。方法 用0～80 μg/ml姜黄素作用体外培养的人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞, 观察24～96 h后不同浓度姜黄素对人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞的影响。CCK-8法检测细胞生长活性。结果 在0～80 μg/ml浓度作用24～96 h范围内,姜黄素可以抑制人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞的增长,且呈剂量和时间依赖性。结论 姜黄素可抑制体外培养人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞增殖。
