灯盏花素联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

【摘要】 目的观察灯盏花素联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 70例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为2组。治疗组35例,予灯盏花素20 ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml,1次/d静脉滴注,甲钴胺500 μg,1次/d静滴肌肉注射。对照组35例,使用甲钴胺500 μg,1次/d肌肉注射。2组疗程皆为4周。结果 治疗组临床疗效、神经传导速度改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 灯盏花素联合甲钴胺治疗可明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变。

Effects of therapy of erigeron breviscapus combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of erigeron breviscapus cobined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 70 patients were divided into two groups.The treatment group (35 cases ) were treated with 20 ml erigeron breviscapus mixed into 250 ml saline and 500 μg mecobalamin mecobalamin,once a day.The control group(35 cases) were only treated with 500 μg mecobalamin,once a day. Courses of treatment in two groups both were four weeks.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group, nerve conduction velocity improved significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ......
