心肺复苏后应用亚低温治疗的探讨及护理(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨亚低温治疗心肺复苏后患者脑复苏的效果及护理。方法 将42例心肺复苏后患者按随机方法分为实验组21例和对照组21例,实验组采用全身亚低温, 对照组为头部戴冰帽局部降温。观察两组的治疗效果及并发症发生率 。结果 复苏5 d后全身亚低温组GCS评分明显高于头部局部降温组 ( P<0.05) 。两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义 ( P> 0 . 05)。结论 全身亚低温对心肺复苏后患者脑复苏是一种安全有效方法,值得临床推广应用,配合在亚低温治疗期间给予精心护理,对提高患者生存质量具有重要意义。
