【摘要】 目的探讨胆石症患者的护理方法,帮助患者及早康复。方法 重点对进行手术治疗的36例胆石症患者实施心理护理,做好各种术前准备,术中仔细观察病情变化及医护密切配合,术后加强观察和护理,积极预防可能出现的并发症。结果 患者心理状况稳定,无严重并发症发生,手术效果满意。结论 采取有效的护理措施是患者康复的关键。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care of Gallstone patients, and improve the patients’ recovery.Methods The nursing care included psychological care to the patients, pre-operative preparation,state observation after operation and complication prevention, etc.Results All the 36 patients recovered with out complication. Conclusion The effective nursing is the key to the recovery of patients.
