发音训练治疗喉返神经损伤的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨不同发音训练对治疗(RLN)的治疗效果。方法 将41例因为甲状腺手术损伤喉返神经的患者分为A、B、C三组,分别嘱患者发“啊”、“伊”音和按照自己的习惯讲话,训练3个月后观察发音恢复情况。结果 经过3个月的发音训练,A、B、C两组有效率和治愈率分别为:60%、100%、50%和20%、43.8%、10%(P<0.05)。结论 发音训练有助于RLN的发音恢复,且发“伊”训练能更好地治疗RLN。
