【摘要】 目的 探讨无骨折性硬膜外血肿的成因和治疗。方法 回顾江苏太仓市中医院神经外科4年来不伴颅骨骨折的硬膜外血肿患者24例,对无骨折性硬膜外血肿的成因和治疗方案进行分析探讨,其中手术治疗20例,保守治疗4例。结果 24例患者,其中痊愈20例,轻残3例,重残1例,死亡0例。结论 无骨折性急性硬膜外血肿易引起临床轻视,强调神志瞳孔的观察及动态CT扫描的重要性

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the reason and theament of Acute tramatic epeidural hematoma without skull fracture.Methods To reviw clinical records of 24 cases with Acute tramative epidural hematoma without skull fracture.amorg 24 patients.20 cases were given surgery treatment ,and4 cases were given conservative treatment.Results Amorg 24 patients. 20 patients fully recovered. 3 patients became lightly disabled.and 1 patient became serevely disabled and nobody died.ConclusionAcute tranatic epidural hematoma without skull fracture will be belittled in clinical treatment.so the observation of conscionsness pupil and dynamic pointer of CT must be emphasized. ......
