【摘要】 目的 探讨瘦素在恶性,结核性腹水患者中的表达的意义。方法 笔者分析了结核性腹水患者15例,恶性腹水患者30例。这些患者采用ELISA法测定腹水,血清瘦素水平。结果 结核性腹水患者血清,腹水中瘦素水平高于恶性腹水患者,有统计学意义。(P<0.05)。结核性腹水,恶性腹水患者腹水中瘦素水平高于血清中水平。结论 瘦素水平的检测可能有助于结核性腹水和恶性肿瘤性腹水患者的诊断。
