【摘要】 目的 探讨CGRP对MCI的影响。方法 选用Wistar大鼠,应用微栓子栓塞阻断法建立多发性脑梗死性缺血模型,借用ABC免疫组织化学染色方法、透射电镜技术并结合显微图像分析观察大鼠海马CA4区神经元的NPY变化。结果 治疗组NPY阳性反应物平均灰度值与MCI组比较低(P<0.05)。结论 CGRP对MCI的恢复有具有一定的关系。
