直肠癌术中骶前静脉丛大出血的原因及处理(1)

【摘要】 目的 总结直肠癌根治术中骶前静脉丛大出血的原因和处理方法。方法 对1980年1月至2008年12月我院直肠癌根治手术中发生的骶前静脉丛大出血5例病例,术中出血量>600 ml 2例,600~1000 ml 2例,1500 ml 1例。全部采用纱布压迫止血法止血。结果 止血后未再发生出血,5例患者均痊愈出院。结论 肿瘤的浸润及手术操作不当是引起骶前静脉丛大出血的主要原因。直肠癌根治手术中按骶骨解剖层次正确操作是预防术中骶前静脉丛大出血的重要因素,纱布压迫止血是处理骶前静脉丛大出血简便有效的方法。
