     【摘要】 目的 通过对不同年龄段的人群进行七步洗手法知晓率的调查,了解七步洗手法在公众中的普及程度,并为今后相关的健康教育工作提供宣教方向、重点和技巧。方法 采用自行设计的七步洗手法相关知识问卷,对在校的小学生、在职成年人及退休老年人进行问卷调查,并在完成问卷后发放七步洗手法健康教育资料,进行相关的健康宣教。结果 七步洗手法相关知识知晓率为55.70%,其中小学生组57.39%,成年人组56.89%,老年人组52.72%。结论 七步洗手法的公众知晓率偏低,需要加强公众健康教育。在普及推广的过程中应结合不同年龄组的特点,采用不同方法,使健康教育工作更有针对性,更有成效。
