股骨头置换和内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效比较(1)

【摘要】 目的 比较股骨头置换术和内固定术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 2003年1月至2008年12月湖南省祁阳县人民医院分别采用股骨头置换术和空心钉内固定术治疗60岁以上老年有移位的股骨颈骨折67例。平均随访24.2个月,从手术时间、术中出血量、术后负重、术后再手术率、Harris髋关节功能评价等方面进行回顾性比较分析。结果 股骨头置换组与内固定组之间各项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折优于内固定术。
