【摘要】 目的 探讨参松养心胶囊在治疗心动过缓患者的室性早搏时对心率的影响。方法 对2008年11月至2009年12月本院门或住院的心动过缓伴有室性早搏病例给予参松养心胶囊治疗4~6周,治疗前后行24 h动态心电图检查并观察比较心率和室性早搏的变化。结果 参松养心胶囊可有效的减少室性早搏频率的同时24 h平均心率可提高3.2次/min,治疗前后比较P<0.05,有统计学显著性差异。结论 参松养心胶囊在治疗伴有心动过缓的室性早搏具有明确治疗效果,同时可明显提高窦房结功能,促进房室结传导,对心动过缓患者室性早搏的治疗具有很好的安全性。
