湘西地区脂肪肝发生与血脂及转氨酶水平关系的探讨(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨湘西地区脂肪肝的发生率及与血脂、转氨酶水平之间的关系。方法 2008~2009年本地区企事业工作人员及个人体检者共计5 652例,用全自动生化分析仪测定,转氨酶采用速率法,血脂采用酶法,同时指定专人进行彩色超声波检查,诊断脂肪肝标准严格参照《超声医学》。结果 共检出脂肪肝1 974例,男1 755例,女219例,脂肪肝组的TG、ALT显著高于非脂肪肝组,且同时伴有高LDL-C、及低HDL-C。结论 脂肪肝组具有显著的血脂代谢紊乱,肝细胞损伤明显,其好发年龄在30~60岁之间,男性高于女性。
