刮吸解剖法在腮腺混合瘤手术中的对比研究

【摘要】 目的 总结刮吸解剖法在腮腺混合瘤手术中的应用价值。方法 应用PMOD施行刮吸解剖法开展腮腺混合瘤手术,在瘤体包膜外0.5~1.0 cm, 正常腮腺组织内切除瘤体及腺体;对照组用普通电刀进行同样切除范围的手术操作。比较术后并发症,包括复发率、面瘫和涎瘘的情况,术后随访1~7年。结果 观察组较对比组面瘫和涎瘘的发生率明显减少。
结论 刮吸解剖法切除腮腺混合瘤比常规的电刀切除更有优越性,是一种高效、安全、实用,而且价格低廉的操作方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To summary the value of Curettage and aspiration technique in the surgical treatment of mixed parotid tumor.Methods Application of PMOD Curettage and aspiration to carry out the purposes of mixed parotid tumor surgery, the tumor capsule of 0.5~1.0 cm, normal parotid gland tissue and tumor excision. The control group with ordinary electric knife to do the same scope of surgical resection operation, Contrast to post-operative complications,Including the risk of recurrence, facial paralysis and Salivary fistula. Results Observation group has less facial paralysis, and salivary fistula significantlythan in the comparison group.
