【摘要】 在“以人为本”的现代企业管理理念影响下,护理管理越来越重视人的因素在管理中的作用,如何有效地缓解产科护理人员的压力,调动其工作的积极性,这关系到护理质量的好坏。作为护理管理者,我们借鉴现代企业的人本管理理念,在要求护士对患者实施人性化服务的同时,也重视对产科的护理人员管理的人性化。
