【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除术前准备及术中护理配合方法。方法 对我院1995年以来980例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的术前准备及术中配合方法进行总结。结果 980例患者中,腹腔镜下胆囊切除960例,中转开腹20例,术程顺利。无严重并发症发生。且随着手术的熟练,医护配合的默契,手术时间明显缩短。结论 充分的术前准备,术中熟练的配合,仔细的观察及周到的护理是腹腔镜胆囊切除手术取得成功的重要环节。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investingate the nursing characteristics and some points for Laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The clinical data of choleystectomy in 980 patients since 1995 in our hospital were summarized.Results Of all patients,960 cases were done with laparoscpic cholecystectomy,20 cases were changed to open swrgery.The intraoperative coopertion was smoth without complications.As the intraoperative skilled cooperation,the operative times were shortened significantly.Conclusion Full preoperative preparation,intraoperative skilled cooperation,careful observation and thoughtful postoperative nursing are the important links in achieving success of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
