宫腔镜输卵管插管疏通术在不孕症诊治中的应用(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨宫腔镜下插管通液治疗不孕症的效果。方法 选取我科2008年6月至2009年10月收治的因输卵管阻塞的不孕患者212例,随机将其分为宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液(试验组)110例,宫腔内注药通液术102例(对照组),通过两组治疗的效果比较其有效率。结果 与术前比较,术后两组的输卵管通畅病例增加;治疗前两组比较P>0.05无显著性差异。治疗后两组比较P<0.01,有非常显著的统计学意义。结论 宫腔镜输卵管插管疏通术对不孕症患者的诊治效果非常理想,证明宫腔镜下插管通液大大提高了治疗的有效率。值得临床推广应用。
