【摘要】 目的 利用计算机技术,建立干部信息系统,提高干部档案工作的效率和质量。方法 一是建立干部人事档案数据库系统,实施干部人事档案动态管理;二是建立干部人事档案网络化管理系统,实施干部人事档案的分级管理;三是建立干部个人电子档案系统,实施干部人事档案自动化管理。结果 保证了干部档案信息的时效性、真实性和准确性。可随时调阅所需档案资料,从而提高信息利用的效率。结论 为了适应时代发展步伐,进一步加快档案信息化建设,医院干部人事档案信息化建设非常必要。
