清胃散加味联合“三联”疗法治疗慢性胃炎50例

【摘要】 目的 观察清胃散加味方配合西医“三联”疗法治疗慢性胃炎(中医辨证:脾胃湿热型胃痛)的疗效。方法 采用清胃散加味方配合西药“三联”疗法治疗本病50例,并设对照组30例,单纯用西药“三联”疗法治疗,观察治疗前后症状和胃镜复查等变化情况。结果 胃镜检查胃黏膜好转治疗组总有效率94.00%,对照组总有效率73.33%;临床症状好转治疗组总有效率96.00%,对照组总有效率76.67%。结论 清胃散加味方联合“三联”疗法治疗慢性胃炎的疗效优于单纯的“三联”疗法。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Qingweisan garnish and the “three thing uniting”treatment to the chronic gastritis(the traditional medicine analyse:the spleen-stomachwater heat s style of stomachache).the way:treating 50 pationts of the chronic gastritis with the Qingweisan garnish and the“three thing uniting”treatment to the chronic gastritis,and setting 30 comparisons to treat only with the “three thing uniting”treatment,observing the transformation of the symptom andstomach mirror’scheak.Results The effective percent of remedial group’s stomach on the stomach mirror is 94 percent,and the percent ofcomparisons is 73.33 percent.the effective percent of clinical symtom of remedial group is 96 percent,and the percent of comparisons is 76 ......
