【摘要】 目的 探讨滑膜肉瘤的超声诊断价值并与其他影像学方法进行比较。方法 回顾性分析经病理证实的7例滑膜肉瘤患者的超声及其他各种影像学资料(包括X线、CT、MRI等)。结果 7例滑膜肉瘤均位于四肢关节旁,肿瘤表现为结节状、类圆形或分叶状肿块,超声显示肿瘤边界清楚、均匀实性低回声或边界不清、回声复杂(包括低回声区、不均匀稍强回声区等),彩超显示瘤体供血丰富。X线显示软组织肿胀、钙化、骨质侵蚀等间接征象,CT显示为稍低密度的不均匀软组织肿块,MRI在T1WI及T2WI都显示为不均匀信号。结论 超声能较清楚的显示滑膜肉瘤的形态、大小及与邻近组织的关系,综合分析多种影像学检查能够提高诊断的准确性。
