运动疗法结合感觉统合训练对痉挛型偏瘫患儿的治疗作用观察

【摘要】 目的 对运动疗法结合感觉统合训练对痉挛型偏瘫患儿的治疗作用进行研究。方法 将32例痉挛型偏瘫患儿分为观察组(17例)和对照组(15例),治疗前进行粗大运动功能66项评分;分别给予运动疗法结合感觉统合训练和传统运动疗法治疗,然后再对两组进行粗大运动功能66项评分,再对所有结果进行对比分析。结果 两组治疗后的比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 对运动疗法结合感觉统合训练对痉挛型偏瘫患儿的疗效肯定,值得推广应用。
