【摘要】 目的 观察依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压的疗效。方法 将96例患者随机分为两组各48例,其中对照组只用依那普利进行治疗,观察组同时加用氢氯噻嗪,对两组疗效及治疗前后血压行比较。结果 观察组在疗效明显优于对照组。结论 依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压效果理想,不良反应少,适于临床应用。
