【摘要】 目的 探讨提高患者自我效能的护理干预对维持性血液透析患者心理状态的影响。方法 选择43例血液透析>3个月患者,对患者实施针对提高自我效能的护理干预,分别在研究开始时、研究6个月结束时采用4种精神科症状评定测量表评估患者的焦虑和抑郁症状。结果 护理干预前后患者焦虑、抑郁得分经配对t检验,均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 提高患者自我效能的干预,能够有效改善维持性血液透析患者的心理状态。
