住院儿童血培养330份标本结果分析

【摘要】 目的 了解我院住院儿童使用双相瓶做血培养的结果及血液感染病原菌种类。方法 患儿血培养标本经孵育箱培养,分离所得菌株用法国梅里埃ATB Expression系统进行鉴定。结果 330例标本血培养中分离出细菌40株,总阳性率12.12%, 其中革兰氏阳性菌占67.5%,阴性菌占32.5%。双份血培养阳性率14.67%,一份血培养阳性率10.0%。结论 本院患儿血液感染病原菌以革兰阳性球菌为主,金黄色葡萄球菌22.5%,表皮葡萄球菌20.0%,其次为大肠埃希菌17.5%。双份血培养比单份血培养阳性率高4.67%,应尽量采取双份血做培养以提高阳性率。
