【摘要】 目的 了解我院药物咨询工作情况,提高药学服务质量。方法 随机抽取248份药物咨询记录,按患者咨询内容进行分析和总结。结果 咨询内容主要是用法用量(占28.23%)、注意事项(占14.11%)、不良反应(占12.50%)、药物价格(占12.10%)等;咨询对象以患者及其家属为主。结论 用药咨询是最基本的药学服务之一,对提高药学服务水平,保证药物疗效、保障患者用药安全及促进合理用药等有积极的推动作用。
