35例医务人员手部锐器伤的原因分析及防护对策(1)

【摘要】 目的 了解医务人员职业暴露后的应急处理措施的掌握情况及剌伤的原因,拟制订防护对策。方法 收集2004~2006年各科上报锐器伤的人数,从人员分类、刺伤原因、暴露于何种病原体、伤口处理方法等进行分析。结果 伤者以初级职称护士刺伤的最多,刺伤原因以拔针时刺伤为主,暴露的病原体以乙肝病毒为主,刺伤后的处理方法85.7%能按职业暴露的处理措施处理,无一例因发生职业暴露而感染传染病。结论 加强医院感染知识的全员培训,尤其是《标准预防措施》、《职业暴露的处理措施》,同时医院应提供合适的防护用品和设施是预防医务人员血源性疾病感染的重要举措。
