经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的临床研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床疗效及优缺点。方法 对62例前列腺增生症患者行TURP手术治疗的临床资料进行分析。结果 本组病例的手术时间 (53.8±21.2) min;术中出血量(397.4±142.7) ml、切除组织量平均(26.8±5.6) g、术后持续冲洗膀胱时间(36.2±5.2) h、留置尿管时间(5.2±1.1 ) d、住院时间(7.8±1.6) d、发生电切综合征2例(3.2%)、继发性出血7例(11.3%)。术后2个月IPSS、QOL、RUV和Qmax与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TURP治疗BPH创伤小、疗效好、恢复快、并发症少,是一种安全、理想的术式。
