【摘要】 目的 探讨甲硝唑在治疗阴道炎中的临床效果和应用。方法 回顾性分析我院自2005年1月至2009年12月共治疗的167例阴道炎患者,随机分为2组,治疗组(口服甲硝唑+阴道外用甲硝唑)84人,对照组(口服制霉菌素+演到外用达克宁栓)83人,观察其治疗效果。结果 治疗组84例,痊愈23例,治愈率27.4%为,显效45例,显效率53.6%为,有效12例,有效率为14.3%,无效4例,无效率为4.7%,总有效率95.3%为,有8例出现胃部不适,头晕、恶心等症状,不良反应率为15.7%;对照组83例,治愈例16,治愈率为19.3%,显效38例,显效率为45.8%,有效20例,有效率为24.1%,无效9例,无效率为10.8%,总有效率为89.2%,有13例出现胃部不适,头晕、恶心等症状,不良反应率为15.7%。两组比较有差异统计学意义。结论 甲硝唑治疗阴道炎效果显著,值得在临床中推广。
