双钢板内固定治疗Schatzker Ⅴ\Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折

【摘要】 目的 探讨双钢板内固定治疗SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法 2003年3月至2008年5月,本科采用双切口、双钢板内固定治疗76例SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者。结果 术后76例患者均获得随访,随访10～36个月,平均18个月,骨折均获骨性愈合,根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分法进行综合评分,优良率为86.3%。结论 对于SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折,选择双钢板固定,可有效防止骨折再移位,固定稳固持久,膝关节功能恢复满意。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of dual plate fixation for tibial plateau fracture of Schatzker typeⅤ and Ⅵ.
