关于使用米非司酮与米索前列醇配伍终止瘢痕子宫妊娠384例临床效果观察

【摘要】 目的 观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止瘢痕子宫妊娠的临床效果。方法 瘢痕子宫妊娠≤12周,且无米非司酮、米索前列醇禁忌证384例,作为观察组。选择同期年龄、孕周、孕产次的非瘢痕子宫妊娠384例,作为对照组。对两组流产效果、妊娠物排出时间及阴道流血量进行观察比较。结果 两组差异无统计学意义。结论 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止瘢痕子宫妊娠效果非常好,解决了终止瘢痕子宫妊娠的难题。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Mifepristone in combination with Misopropstol in terminating scar uterine pregnancy.
