【摘要】 目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9在胎膜早破早产孕妇血清、羊水中的含量与胎膜早破早产的关系。方法 采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定胎膜早破早产孕妇(早产组)14例与正常孕妇(对照组)14例血清及羊水中MMP-9的含量。结果 早产组孕妇血清及羊水中MMP-9的含量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 孕妇血清及羊水中MMP-9的水平与早产有相关性。
