华蟾素注射液治疗原发性肝癌临床观察58例(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察华蟾素注射液治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法 选择确诊为中晚期原发性肝癌患者58例,以电脑随机的方法分为A、B两组。对照组:口服益肝灵片77 mg/次,3次/d;维生素C片0.1 g/次,3次/d;复合维生素B片2片/次,3次/d。试验组:在对照组的基础上,增加华蟾素20 ml+10%葡萄糖液500 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,20 d为一疗程,疗程之间休息2周再进入下一疗程。治疗期间不使用任何其他抗癌药物。结果 华蟾素治疗组患者的生活质量均有所提高,其中治疗组12个月以上的生存率(41.1%)显著高于对照组(24.1%);治疗组的恶化率显著低于对照组,表明华蟾素对抑制实体瘤的恶化有显著的疗效;患者的各项实验室指标在治疗后明显改善,且华蟾素治疗组的各项指标优于对照组,其结果差异有统计学意义。结论 华蟾素用于治疗中晚期原发性肝癌,可以起到抑制肿瘤生长、延长生存期、提高和改善生存质量等作用,是一种安全、有效的抗肿瘤药物,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Cinobufacini Injection Used to Treat Primary Liver Cancer in 58 Cases

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of cinobufacini injection for the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods 58 cases with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Patients of control group were treated with silybin, vitamin C and compound vitamin B. In addition to the treatment of control group, patients of treatment group were given cinobufacini injection once per day. 20 days were named as a course. And patients were under no treatment for 2 weeks between each course. No other anticancer drugs were given during the period of treatment. Results The life quality of patients in treatment group was generally improved, and the over-12-month survival rate of treatment group (41.1%) was significantly higher than that of control group (24.1%), while the deterioration rate of two groups was the opposite, which shows that cinobufacini has high efficacy on the deterioration of solid tumor. Each of the lab indexes of the patients had been obviously improved, and the treatment group was even better, which was statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment with cinobufacini can inhibit the growth of tumor, prolong survival time and improve life quality on primary liver cancer patients, which is proved to be a safe and effective anticancer drug that can be popularized clinically.
