【摘要】 目的 评价脑栓通胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其可能的机制。方法 3组基础治疗相同,中药干预组加予口服脑栓通胶囊,中药安慰剂组加予口服中药安慰剂(淀粉),空白对照组只予基础治疗,治疗时间1个月。3组对象在治疗前、后接受以下评定:神经功能缺损程度评定量表(CSS),肢体运动功能评定量表(FIM),日常生活活动能力评定量表(MBI),对结果进行比较。结果 3组治疗后CSS评分、FIM评分和MBI评分经自身对照均具有统计学差异,而中药干预组评分的差异更明显,分别与中药安慰剂组及空白对照组治疗后比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.005);中药安慰剂组与空白对照组治疗后比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.005)。结论 脑栓通胶囊可促进急性脑梗死患者神经缺损功能的恢复,改善患者的肢体运动功能,提高患者的日常生活活动能力。

The effects of Naoshuantong capsule on neurological deficits and motor function in pations with cerebral infarction

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine,Naoshuantong capsule on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its possible mechanism.Methods The basic treatment was same in three groups.The patients in the Medicine interventiongroup(n=22) were added to take the Naoshuantong capsule.The patients in the placebo group(n=23) were added to take the Chinese medicine placebo (starch). The patients in the blank control group(n=22) only were given the basic treatment.The treatment period of three group lasted 1 month. China Stroke Scale (CSS), Functional Independence Measure(FIM) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI) had been evaluated inall groups before and after 1 month treatment.Results After 1 month treatment, CSS score, FIM score and MBI score had statistically significant difference in three groups by self-control respectively(P<0.05), and these differences were more significant in the Medicine intervention group. Statistically significant differences were found in the Medicine Intervention group compared with Chinese medicine placebo group and blank control group after treatment (P<0.05).No significant difference was found between Chinese medicine placebo group and blank control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The study shows that Naoshuantong capsule can promote the functional recovery of nerve defect,asimprove thelimb motor function and activities of daily livingin patients with acute cerebral infarction ......
