【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内镜下治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果。方法 我院2005年2月至2009年12月收治的85例复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床资料。结果 本组85例中,6个月治愈45例,好转30例,无效10例,总有效率为90%。结论 手术操作的正确与否,术后应用抗生素或激素防止术腔感染。类固醇类激素具有抗炎、消肿作用,有助于防止息肉复发。二次手术前通过鼻窦内镜检查及鼻窦CT检查分析上次手术失败的原则,并有针对性地实施二次手术,是复发性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的治疗关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the endoscopic treatment of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps in clinical effects. Methods From February 2005 ~ December 2009 admitted 85 cases of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps in patients with clinical data.Results 85 cases, 6 months, 45 cases were cured, 30 cases improved, 10 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90%. Conclusion The surgical operation is right or not, antibiotics or hormones to prevent postoperative infection in surgical cavity. Steroid hormones have anti-inflammatory, reduction of swelling and help prevent polyp recurrence.
