美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛临床观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸对冠心病不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 采用随机单盲对照的方法,将96例患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组48例,治疗组在给予单硝酸异山梨酯、阿司匹林、辛伐他汀调脂药口服的基础上加用美托洛尔缓释片、麝香保心丸治疗,对照组单用上述常规基础西药治疗,疗程2个月。观察两组药物治疗前后不稳定心绞痛发作次数、持续时间以及临床症状、心电图变化及其改善情况。结果 治疗后总有效率治疗组95.8%,对照组66.7%;心电图改善分别为83.3%,62.5%,明显优于对照组,且未发现有明显的副作用。结论 美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛疗效明确,安全性高。

Clinical Evaluation of Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris(UAP) by Metoprolol succinate sunstaned-release tablets combined with Shexiangbaoxin pill
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of metoprolol succinate sunstaned-release tablets combined with Shexiangbaoxin pill on the treatment of UAP.Methods 96 cases of patients with UAP were divided into treatment group with random,single blind contrast.Treatment group in the control group based on the given to metoprolol succinate sunstaned-release tablets combined with Shexiangbaoxin pill,nitrites given to the control group,the isosorbide mononitrate tablets,aspirin,statins Tiaozhi oral medicine,2 months later the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment the number of angina attacks,angina grade ST-T changes in ECG and its monitoring to improve the situation. Results After treatment,the total effective rate accounted for 95.8% in therapy group,while 66.7% in control group,the change rate in electroc ardiogram were respetive 83.3% and 62.5%.There were no adverse reaction was found in therapy group.Conclusion Metoprolol succinate sunstaned-release tablets combined with Shexiangbaoxin pill is effective and safe in treating UAP.

不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)是急性冠脉综合征的一种,是介于稳定型心绞痛(SAP)与急性心肌梗死(AMI)之间的一种临床综合征,由于患病率高,症状严重,发展迅速且病情不稳定,既可逆转为SAP,又可恶化为AMI,甚至发生猝死。临床研究证实,炎症反应的过度激活是导致不稳定型心绞痛患者冠状动脉斑块不稳定和心肌缺血症状的主要因素之一[1]。美托洛尔缓释片是一种β-受体阻断药,是治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、原发性高血压和慢性心力衰竭的一线药物,具有良好的心血管保护作用[2],疗效已得到公认。麝香保心丸是一种治疗冠心病的纯中药制剂,具有芳香开窍、活血止痛、益气通络等作用,对冠心病心绞痛有一定疗效。我院自2009年1月至2010年2月,采用美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛取得了满意的疗效,现将结果观察总结如下:
1 资料与方法
1.1 临床资料 临床资料收集本院自2009年1月至2010年2月住院冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者96例,所有病例均符合中华医学会心血管病学会《不稳定型心绞痛诊断和治疗建议》的标准[3] ......
