【摘要】 目的 提高夜间护理工作质量。方法 由护士长、护理骨干、临床护士形成三线值班结构,通过夜班查房及会诊,帮助值班护士解决问题。结果 及时解决了夜间护理工作中发生的疑难问题,减少了护理投诉及纠纷,减轻值班护士的心理压力,提高护理质量。结论 实施三线值班制度有利于提高夜间护理工作质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective Proposeimprove the quality of nursing work at night.Waysby the head nurse,nursing backbone,clinical nurse on duty to form the structure of three lines through the night rounds and consultation the nurses on duty to help solve the problem.Results Resolved the difficult problems the night nursing job timely,reduce the care disputes and complaints,mitigate the Psychological pressure of the nurses on duty,improve the quality of nursing work.Conclusion Implement the nursing duty three-wire system Conducive to improve the quality of nursing work at night.
