【摘要】 目的 探讨急诊科危重患者在院内转运的护理管理。方法 通过回顾2008年10月至2009年10月429例危重患者的安全转运情况,了解针对安全转运的系列措施产生的效果。结果 426例患者得到了安全转运,1例途中复苏成功,2 例手术室死亡。结论 危重患者的院内转运,转运前的正确评估,采取恰当的保护措施是安全转运的保证。

    【Abstract】 Objective The discussion ER seriously injured patient the nursing management which transports in the courtyard.Methods Through reviews from October,2008 to October,2009 429 example seriously injured patient’s safe transportation situation,understood produces the results in view of the safe transportation series measure.Results 426 example patients obtained the safe transportation,1example recovers on the way successfully,2 example operating room death.Conclusion In the seriously injured patient’s courtyard transports,before the transportation correct appraisal,takes the appropriate protective measures is the safe transportation guarantee.

    急诊科是危重患者抢救的前沿,其工作重点是抢救生命,稳定病情,安全转运,任何一个环节都对患者的抢救成功与否都起着决定性作用,为此三者缺一不可,而对急诊护理安全转运是关键,也是最容易引起隐患和纠纷的环节,为此我们加强了安全转运的管理,如转运前的评估,途中急救物品的充分准备,交接单的使用及采取恰当的保护措施等,收到了良好的效果 ......
