【摘要】 目的 观察曲马多辅助下手法复位治疗Ι型髋关节后脱位的疗效。方法 确诊为Ι型髋关节后脱位后给患者肌肉注射盐酸曲马多0.1 mg,采用Allis法手法复位。结果 本组24例均复位成功,其中2例曲马多效果欠满意,分别追加杜冷丁75 mg肌肉注射后复位成功。结论 曲马多辅助下手法复位治疗Ι型髋关节后脱位效果满意。
